Well, this morning was a morning of reflection and soul searching- true soul searching. Especially when I found a bit of prose by my friend Andrea Dean Van Scoyoc The title of the prose found in her book Strange Brew is called “I haven’t Changed” as I read it because I was looking for something to grab each of you for my newest podcast, it hit me. This described me to a T. I have changed – I have changed and morphed in ways I did not fully realize. Talking about the lightbulb going off over my head. So that bit of prose became the basis for my podcast “Change Within Ourself” – You see if we don’t change and grow especially after a loss, then we stagnate and die.
